- Place the candle on a heat resistant dry flat surface.
- Keep away from anything that can catch fire (for example curtains)
- Keep out of the reach of children and pets
- Leave at least 10cm between 2 burning candles
- Remove all packaging before lighting
- Keep wick trimmed to ½ cm
- Keep the pool of melted wax free from debris
- Never leave the candle burning unattended
- If the candle is in glass be aware that the jar may become hot
- For best results use in a draft free area
- Extinguish the candle before replacing the lid
- Do not burn the candle all the way to the end, leave around 1cm wax in the bottom
- Extinguish the candle if it smokes, flickers on the flame becomes too high as the candle is not burning correctly. Trim wick and check for drafts before relighting
