Progress Vulfix shaving brushes are filled with 100% Chinese badger hair. Badger hair has been used for more than two centuries to make the finest traditional English shaving brushes. The progress Vulfix 2234 is a very high quality grade of badger hair, used only in their hand filled brushes. This hair is chosen by the more discerning wet shaver for its softness on the skin and water retention qualities. The brush is hand made and the tapered head shape is achieved without the use of trimming machinery. As a result you get the softest and smoothest of shaves from tips in their natural state. The handle has a raised ringlet near the center which gives good grip and outstanding balance. It is lathe turned and finished in faux Ivory.
